A bipartisan coalition of serial killers announced today that the ICE tactics are not working for them.
They said, for example, there were no copycats. Instead, ICE was creating protests against them.
The serial killers said that if ICE was going to continue to murder people, they needed to have a more mystique type of approach to the killings.
It was not sufficient, the serial killers said, for ICE to use brute force and to wear uniforms in broad daylight. Instead, the serial killers suggested that ICE decide to have a couple of ârogue agents,â to go out and kill people at random while stalking them for several minutes ahead of time. This, according to the serial killers, would not only add some mystique to ICE’s serial killing, but it would also give them plausible deniability, which would create much more drama, i.e., who is the bad guy inside ICEâversus the brute force of multiple law enforcement agents killing people.
The serial killers said that ICE is clearly operating by committee rather than allowing individual members to access their creative powers.
Further, the serial killers said that with the current approach, ICE is not going to be remembered for anything in particular other than brute force killings, which, according to the serial killers, does not lend itself to any panache or made-for-TV movies.
The serial killers also said that when they contacted ICE, ICE tried to recruit them, but they said that they had moral objections to becoming part of ICE and would rather serve as independent consultants.
